How much & how long

This workshop is $35 and goes for 1 hour

What’s involved

Treat yourself with a sound therapy emersion paired with a short energetics yoga flow (breath work paired with movements) to get stagnent energy moving, and a rejuvinating guided meditation through the Chakras, the energetic centers of the body.

What you need
Please bring a yoga mat, an eyepillow or scarf to cover your eyes (optional), and a blanket if you wish

Hosted by Malachi Lonsdale, of Pranava Sound Therapy, and myself, Arabella - both are certified practitioners with years of experience.
