Hatha Yoga
This class involves breathwork, meditation, and a balance of static posture holds and moments of Vinyasa transition and flow. Improve strength, balance, mobility and physical and mental space. Options for varying experience levels are always offered.
This class is suitable for those with an existing yoga practice, and those who are yoga curious.
Yoga Foundations - Beginner Friendly : Coming soon
Over the 6 weeks learn the foundations and basics of a steady and safe yoga practice.
