Join a friendly and inclusive community for a 5-week journey of mindful movement and connection, held in a stunning studio space overlooking the cliffs of the Megalong Valley.
Options provided for beginners to those with a regular practice.
When
The next course begins May 2 2025 in the Megalong Valley at the Werriberi Shed.
You’re welcome to bring your own Mat, or some mats will be provided.
It’s best to arrive at least 5-10 minutes before class begins, to give yourself time to settle into the space
How Much
The 5 week course costs a total of $125 or $30 for a drop in class.
What’s involved
Over the 5 weeks learn the foundations and basics of a steady and safe yoga practice.

Week 1 - Yoga Fundamentals ~ breath work, wrist care, body awareness
Week 2 - Standing Postures
Week 3 - Twists and side stretch spinal decompression
Week 4 - Heart and hip opening
Week 5 - Balancing Poses
This course is perfect for reconnecting with your yoga practice if you’ve had a break, or those who are beginning their yoga journey.
