Arabella Yoga & Logan Brae Retreat Booking Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Arabella Yoga and Logan Brae retreat collaboration! We're excited to have you join our retreat. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before completing your booking.

1. Deposit and Full Payment:

1.1 A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to secure your place in the retreat. This deposit is part of the total retreat cost and not an additional fee.
1.2 The remaining balance of the retreat fee must be paid in full by the 6th of February. Failure to complete the payment by this date may result in the loss of your reservation and deposit.

2. Payment in Full Option:

2.1 Alternatively, participants may choose to pay the full amount of the retreat cost upfront.
2.2 In the case of cancellation, participants who have paid in full will be refunded the total amount paid minus the $500 deposit.

3. Cancellation Policy:

3.1 Cancellations must be made in writing (email or letter).
3.2 Participants may cancel their reservation up to 10 days before the retreat start date. In such cases, a refund will be issued minus the $500 non-refundable deposit.
3.3 Cancellations made less than 10 days before the retreat start date will not be eligible for a refund.

4. Retreat Changes and Cancellation by Arabella Yoga & Logan Brae Retreats:

4.1 Arabella Yoga & Logan Brae Retreats reserves the right to make changes to the retreat schedule, location, or instructors due to unforeseen circumstances.
4.2 In the unlikely event that Arabella Yoga & Logan Brae Retreats cancels the retreat, participants will be notified immediately and receive a full refund, including the deposit.

5. Liability:

5.1 Arabella Yoga & Logan Brae Retreatsis not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property.
5.2 Participants are responsible for their own well-being and should inform Arabella Yoga & Logan Brae Retreats of any health issues that may affect their participation in the retreat.

6. Agreement to Terms:

7.1 By making a deposit or full payment, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
7.2 These terms and conditions are governed by Australian consumer Law, and any disputes will be handled in accordance with those laws.
